As an Accounts Payable Associate your key responsibilities will be as follows: Responsibilities: Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

Refers calls to appropriate staff when necessary with all information. Creates and completes all non-conformation of product on receiving items.

Calls vendors to follow-up on late orders and investigates obtaining product. Alerts supervisor in vendor issues. Add any new parts to Global Shop — create part number.

Experience with 5S a must. Must be able to multitask, handling multiple projects and changing priorities. Advanced working knowledge of various computer software applications. Lean manufacturing experience. Highly organized and self-motivated to complete tasks on time. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from multiple teams, management, as well as internal and external customers.
