Unfortunately I have already gone this article and still no luck. Although earlier I restarted the router from and removed the asus wireless adapter a couple more times and some where in that mess I was able to get it to pick up my network but after about 2 hours it dropped and I've tried repeating the steps and still no luck finding it again.

So last night I was able to stay connected for about 4 hours but the internet dropped to 30 and then 10mbps. I just turned on the computer today, and once again can not find the 5ghz network but the 2 comes in fine. Also, all my other devices are connecting just fine with the 5ghz as well.
