This seems unbelievable for a currently available item. It is a fairly good quality saw except for the gears that elevate and lower the arm. They are nylon or plastic. When the gear on mine started slipping on the shaft, I had to take the saw completely apart to repair it. As stated, the gear part is not available. I had to drill through the gear and the threaded shaft and insert a roll pin.

Also, there is no easy way to lubricate the internal running thread rod that raises and lowers the arm. When purchasing an item in this price range, one has to be able to get parts for it.
