I then try to contact those other companies and they point me back to Rockler saying they have no idea about order status. I've been running around circles for the past weeks and there's still no sign that Rockler is going to help me out. I feel lost and tired. I have yet to come across a more incompetent and uncaring customer service.

I spent around bucks on the order which is a substantial amount in Indian currency and I'm not hopeful that I'll get it back since I'm not in the U. What a waste of money. I was fooled by their catalogue into making the purchase but never again! I think companies that treat customers like this shouldn't really get your business. Do yourself a favor and give them a hard pass.

I placed an order with this company for a backordered cnc. I called the company and was told they cancelled my order because they forgot to bill me for a "lift gate delivery" for the 80lb cnc. I agreed for the lift gate charge. I cancelled order demanded they remove the double charge again. They told me they didn't know why they did it, but dont worry it will drop off. So here I go into the weekend overdrafted thanks to Rockler!

As a former customer I have made hundreds of purchases most of the time okay but some are very slow in shipping. My last order came without some of the brackets. After an hour on the phone with a non-existent customer service I still have no clue if I'll ever see my parts it's been over a month. I purchased a precision miter gauge several years ago and made 2 picture frames.

I encountered heath issues which kept me out of the wood shop. I recently purchased the fence for this and was setting it up when one of the screws in the piece that slides in the miter slot of the table saw striped out. This is a very [poor design and Rockler has since redesigned it. I talked to technical support, explained the issue and ask if I could get a replacement bar or purchase the new design at a discount.

The Rep. After a several minute wait he came back on and said the is nothing they could do. Lost a good customer! Ordered some clamps on a Friday, had an unexpected financial issue come up. Contacted them via email on a Saturday, requested the order be cancelled before it shipped Monday.

Contacted the shipper and requested they return to sender. Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere, anywhere. After 30 days my order was not delivered. Rockler said they would ship out a new item. Never got a confirmation that was done. Ordered Best Rockler Products Pty Ltd Adirondack chair templates , long delivery time opened the pack and was very dissatisfied- flimsy cardboard but also approx 5 pie pecs had to be made by self - if I had wanted to make templates myself I would have downloaded free plans!

Rockler contacted me to find out if I had received templates and I replied no and they used this as my review!! Now cannot post that I am most dissatisfied with this cheap tatty half made product.

I do NOT recommend this company , has taught me to read reviews first as this company is regularly not recommended by buyers Cheap overpriced product and difficulty leaving an up to date review!!

I wish I had read the reviews on customer service and returns before purchasing. My bad. I have not received a followup email about a return inquiry. Several are before February In either case, the CEO should be on the street as well. According to the order status page this order is still in an Rockler Products Pte Ltd Invoiced state and not shipped.

Emailed customer service a week ago with no response, so I elected to use the live chat function. It took ten minutes to get a representative to answer. I was told the order did ship but it was done via USPS so they cannot provide tracking. When I asked why this didn't update on the site the CS rep simply said 'it won't.

Other holiday gifts have shipped via USPS and everyone of them provided shipping information. If this was for an in-store product I might understand, but this is an order for gift cards. My father in law chose Rockler because of their reputation for high quality and great customer service. Clear to me now that at least the latter is untrue. Definitely will take my business elsewhere going forward.

New and former customer here I ordered a Rikon Bandsaw during the Black Friday sale and without notifying me they cancelled my order within a few days. So he put the order back in and the bandsaw was suppose to be back in stock Dec 16th so today the Dec 17th I Called rockler back to see if they had gotten the bandsaw back in stock and were about to ship it to me, but the lady told me that she could not see any signs of that bandsaw being back in stock and had no idea when they would be getting any in so again my order was cancelled after holding me up for over two weeks with no notice of cancellation or anything.

This company Best Rockler Products Co Ltd shows to sell a lot of good quality tools etc.. I purchased two "quick lever aluminum clamps" thinking they were one handed clamps. However they do not crawl up the bar, they simply close down a bit with a squeeze to my mind not tightly enough. This is a useless cockamamie idea of how a clamp should work. Unfortunately their return and handling policy makes it more expensive to return them.

Rockler just lost another customer. Not worth it. Wow, wish i had read other reviews before ordering from them. Thank you, goodbye" They have forever lost my business and i would not recommend. No response from Rockler. I've spent a lot of money with them, so far I'm happy. Had one problem with delivery, didn't get it. After a call, they sent out a replacement.

The mark of a customer oriented retailer is a willingness to work with the customer to meet his or her needs. Twice now Rockler has declined the opportunity to make a small adjustment to fulfill my need and make a sale. A good place to hunt for out of production tools. I've bought tools from Rockler many times and it was always a good experience. Place order holiday weekend Sunday pm.

Monday tried to called them to cancel and they were closed due to Labor Day. Emailed Tuesday the following day before eastern standard time before they even open, to cancel my order.

Tried to called them that morning closed. They emailed mes back stating the order was shipped at am and had to return the merchandise, pay to returning and had handling fee too.

The wooden box was for my hamster which passed away that same Sunday I placed the order. I wasn't going to wait 7 to 10 days to get the box and buried my kids hamster. Not a sorry, nothing from them when I called to asked why they couldn't cancel the order, the cs representative and supervisor were rude.

This company is a ripped off and not sensitive at all. I would not recommend to order anything from them. I purchased 4 pairs of drawer slides from Rockler internet site. I got box with only one pair. Called the customer service and was told that somebody must have made a mistake and that they would send me the rest.

Several days later got box with one pair again. At this point I am somewhat frustrated. Called back. The lady was not helpful and had no idea what she was talking about. I was told that the box was too heavy for one pair only and that 3 pairs had been sent.

By the way it was original box from Accuride with UPS label on it and it weighed 8lbs because the slides are just heavy. She told me that she had to consult with somebody So I was asked to take a picture of the box to send it to them. Now, it is another 3 days and they haven't even shipped the two pairs yet.

This whole process has been going on for over a month now. I would expect them to actually expedite the process after they had screwed up twice, but no. Their customer service is actually called "customer care" Lots of choices for woodworking things, but many of the products are cheaply made and work poorly. Corner clamps that aren't square, jigs that aren't aligned, just often poor quality. Prices are often inflated, and they don't price match. They also charge a handling charge for returns, even if unopened.

So unless they have a great deal and you need to shop around first , I'd stick with a company that handles returns better. I've spent a fair amount of money at Rockler and they have a number of good products. However they refuse to stand behind the products and brands they sell.

Had a Triton orbital sander quit working after days and neither triton nor Rockler would provide any relief. I'd give both 0 stars if it was possible. I'll go to Woodcraft from now on. Update of prior review: Rockler customer service exchanged the sander for a new one. Very much appreciated. Slow response time. Took forever to recieve items. Rude customer service agent. In todays e-commerce world Rocker has fallen behind.

It shouldn't be hard to be able to return at item. I will never order from this company again. Most things they dont even have on hand instead they are shipped directly from manufacturers. Have fun with the run around they givevyou when trying to return something. I ordered a Roller with Bracket which clearly stated it was rated for lbs and what I received was only rated for lbs. It would take approximately 2. I ordered a new miter gauge and fence Rockler Brand I saw that the banner for Covid was displayed about how they handle their products etc.

About 3 hours later I get a we can't fulfill your order timely due to Covid email. I tried to reach out to the company and cancel the order as I was left with the impression that shipping from them would be several days out only to be told the Covid disclaimer is on their website. My online chat with Miss No Service about cancelling the order was 1. It's shipping today 2. We can't cancel the order 3.

You knew about the delay. I showed her that it wasn't 1. I wouldn't have received the email. Her answer: "Yes it is" Have always had trouble with Rockler shipping. But I thought if they were as big as they seem then It was just part of the process. I won't ever buy from them again. Rude childish customer service. No willingness to be responsive to the customer.

Tip for consumers: Don't shop here. They have no intention of being honest or the site would not be laid out like it is. They want your money. I ordered a branding iron that came with a voucher for the brand iron.

I received the brand iron promptly. However, it was bent. It would not brand straight. I called Customer Service and they said they would get back.

They emailed me and told me to take pictures send them to Rockler then they would send them to the vendor and see if he could figure out what is wrong-it is bent. If they have it, someone else does, I will find that someone else. Beware of what you order from Rockler. I posted a previous review stating that negative reviews may are not posted. Shortly after my post rockler contacted me i believe it was from my earlier attempt to contact them.
