Due to this reason, just spraying the paint thinner is not enough to clean up the remenant in the gun and it builds up in the corner and causes clogging later.

I'm using General Finishes milk paint for my cabinet. They claim the paint can be spray straight from the can and maybe it can but not with HV I really had to thin down the paint to get any thing out and what did come out was irregular and runny.

The flat surface I'd sprayed the paint on had to be brushed out. I'm glad I didn't start a vertical surface. I have used high pressure sprayers in the past so it not like I never used a sprayer before.

I will not try spraying paint with the HV again. Should the HV not be able to apply clear finishes to my satisfaction, then I'll try to sell it and recoup some of my money.
