I really do like this Kreg Trak Kit, and use Kreg Trak And Stop Kit 2020 it for all my crosscut sleds. It makes a great miter saw system as well. I sure wouldn't want to go back to the old fashioned way with a pencil and tape measure for every cut.

I only wish that the kit came with a solid 4' length of track that I could cut to fit. The 2' lengths work fine for miter saw stations, but a crosscut sled works better with a solid track for the entire width of the sled. So I guess it just depends on the application. I have really put a lot of miles on my kits, and now I'm adding another.

I can say that I'm very pleased with this system, and if I was starting a new shop or expanding The flip stop is a particularly bright gem of the kit.
