My only real gripe is that the manual that came with my " Plus" was actually for a " Plus". I operate a small guitar shop that focuses on exceptionally high end instruments, and this sander is, without a doubt, one of the most used and most reliable machines in the shop. The only negative about it is changing the belts, which can be a bit aggravating at first.

BUT after you learn the trick to keeping it tight, it's easy and only takes a minute, literally. It sands consistently and is well worth the price.
