This is a fairly in depth step by step tutorial on using Fusion to design a Flat-Pack bookshelf for manufacturing on a CNC router such as a ShopBot. Thanks for the great instructional! I really needed this exact tutorial, as it's relevant to what I'm making, and contains tons of great information.

Is it possible to flip back and forth between laid out on the stock and assembled? Or should I save two different versions of my projects pre-layout and post-layout? Couldnt you join the piece's top face to the plane's top face? Very nice video and nice design, but why did you cut the pockets all the way through instead of stopping 1 ply from the edge?

Fantastic video thanks for sharing. One question though…would it be possible to make ALL the mortises blind so you don't have the plys in the plywood showing out the sides?

Thanks for doing it! Question: How does one both keep the orientation of the parts for a drawing to the fusion 360 woodworking cnc, and machine the parts as well? So both the slot and the tab have corners that are rounded to match your cutting tool?

Seems like the finished product would look a lot nicer without the gaps that dogbones create. I don't think I have seen this done yet, I am wondering if there is a reason I am missing.
