I am not having much luck hiring contractors and builders are not interested unless they can do a turn key job. I have tried to find a contractor for labor only to stack the logs and dry-in. I have tried to go through a builder and have him provide all material to dry-in very expensive , and now waiting to get a kit price from another log home company.
