Hi Hexishu , sadly i am running out of ideas of what the problem might be since it works for others. I do notice a difference between our console debug, specifically this part. The only other solution that i can think of is to contact the xp-pen customer support and tell them about the missing serial number, thought i doubt they will actually help since this driver is not by them.
