Fine silver metal clay is the easiest to work with. Depending on the formula, it can be fired as low as F F, but for full sintering which will give you the most durable pieces you'll want to fire at F F. Sorry, I don't know the equivalent cone temperatures as I fire my pieces in a kiln with a digital controller, which is a good idea in any event if you can manage it.
