I never once heard from the seller. I followed the instructions on Amazon, by picking my size and uploading the image I wanted. I sent a low resolution black and white image pictured in this review.

I expected that the seller would contact me with a proof of what they had made,but nope I only received a notification that my item shipped, so I figured I'd hope for the best.

The seller was very helpful with contacting me to review the logo design, and quickly produced and shipped the brand. I heat it with my electric stovetop and use it to brand my handmade wood burned artwork.

Initially I had used a torch to heat the brand but I find the stove works great. My logo is a fairly complicated image, with different stroke boldness in the linework and font types. You can see the brand reproduces a clear image. Thank you. I would recommend this product. Just be sure to carefully thread and tighten the bolts on. I bought this to brand my carvings, woodwork, clay sculpture impression only and framed artwork brand on the frame back. The 1"x1" brass heats quickly with a MAP gas torch; under a minute. I have to hit the sweet spot with the brand, since I have some details in the lines that get lost if allowed to burn too long. Overall I'm very satisfied. I will probably make a cast aluminum or polymer casting of this to create an ink stamp. The detail present in the brass, so making a negative impression into clay or plaster will be easy.

Love the logo they made up for us. Unfortunately the handle it came on was very short and difficult to keep the brand attached to it.
