Our Designjet T keeps displaying the following message: "Hardware error in scanner. Call Hp Support. Once restarted which takes several minutes the scanner operates but the t track hardware error message eventually returns while the plotter is idle.

While eeror gets us around the issue it is becoming a hassle for a plotter that is less than a errkr old. I have the same Problem here. But my T is not scanning anything.
