After a few months of having this my motor burnt out on the lathe. Only got to turn like 5 bowls and 1 goblet. Everything else about this lathe is great exept for the under powered standard motor. I am having the hardest time finding chucks for this. No chuck or drill chuck will fit it. I am in the process of finding adaptors for it but so far no luck. I even bought a mophorn chuck and it wont fit on it, even with a "universal" adaptor that the chuck comes with.

There are some drawbacks, its quite heavy which is to be expected for a lathe of this size, and the tool rest is way too short for the swing.
