Heres some photos of my 6" 3 jaw chuck that I bought from Shars. It also came with a set of external jaws that you seein the picture. It works great. A solid value. Shar's chucks in general are certainly not top of the line but adequate for light non-commercial use. I have several import chucks I bought from Shars some years ago but haven't used them much. I thoroughly inspected them when I received them and found them within spec for size and fit. I did do a little de-burring. The 6" three jaw I bought ran within 0. If you're buying the chuck mainly for soft jaws, you don't need the set-true option. You might want it though, if your existing 3 jaw is way out of true.
