Yes No. Dust Bag - Power on off switch was malfunctioning. I removed all the screw's from the outer body and the four screws to the bottom vibrating plate and then I was able to separate the body to expose the inside of the electrical motor then very carefully I removed the switch and installed the new one and reassembled the sander.

I also replaced the dust bag. Basically the sanding disc needs to be pulled before you can take the housing apart. Once the sanding disc is removed pull the 4 screws and separate the housing enough to get to the trigger then just switch out the wires and put everything back together in reverse.
